Ronald "Ron" Dion DeSantis is a Floridian imperialist conservative from the United States (US) who fights for neoconservatism. Known for his extensive culture war rhetoric, Ron DeSantis is a leading figure within the neoconservative wing of the Republican Party (GOP).[1] He was elected Governor of Florida in the 2018 American midterms, and currently serves as the incumbent.[2] He is running for President of the United States (POTUS) in the upcoming 2024 American presidential election,[3] challenging populist Republican and former President Donald Trump.[4]

The DeSantis Deception is named after him by Marxist-Leninists, referring to his deceptive posturing as an anti-woke culture warrior and supposed Make America Great Again (MAGA) Republican. In reality, his posturing is contradicted by his actual policies, which support extensive imperial aggression against China, Cuba, Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Syria, Russia, and Venezuela.[5] Furthermore, his policies are in line with the goals and methods of the Deep State, making him a favorite for corporate and mainstream media.[4]

Biography

Iraq War

In 2007, Ron DeSantis was deployed to Iraq to direct the actions of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) as part of the ongoing Iraq War. DeSantis both directed and oversaw various war crimes committed against the Iraqi people by the JSOC throughout 2007.[6] In particular, he was in charge of directing the various massacres of Iraqi civilians in Al Anbar Governorate during the Iraq War troop surge of 2007.[7]

United States Representative

In 2015, Ron DeSantis co-sponsored a bill in the United States House of Representatives that supported the illegal Euromaidan color revolution in Ukraine and condemned the Russian liberation of Crimea. The bill further guaranteed American monetary support for Ukraine, leading to the development of the fascist war machine in Ukraine that triggered the Russo-Ukrainian War in 2022.[8]
