The Deep State, also known as the American Deep State and more colloquially as the War Machine,[1] is the centralized dictatorship of the bourgeoisie present within the United States that uses money laundering,[2][3] electoral fraud,[4][5][6] and other illegal activities to remain in power despite growing resistance from the American proletariat, exo-peasantry, and petty bourgeoisie.[7] The Deep State mostly consists of multi-billionaire and trillionaire members of the bourgeoisie that are backed by Wall Street, George Soros, and corrupt American politicians.[8]
The exact time period as to when the Deep State arose is unclear. Possible dates go as far back as around 1785-1820 with the Southern counterrevolution to preserve and expand the institution of slavery.[9][10] More likely proposals include 1860-1865 (manifested as the Confederate States), 1944-1948 (manifested as McCarthyism), and 1956-1963 (manifested as COINTELPRO). The consolidation of the Deep State occurred with the Deep State color revolution in 1963, made successful by the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
Etymology[edit | edit source]
The term "Deep State" was originally coined to describe the political system of Kemalist Turkey[11][12][13][14][15] during the early Cold War where a nominally democratic government had to contend with a strong and de facto unaccountable military that stood ready to coup[16] the government if it violated the constitutional order (as interpreted by the military). Turkey's military considered itself NATO's spearhead against the underbelly of Russia and maintained deep ties with American training institutions. This relationship made the Turkish Deep State into a vanguard of American interests in the Middle East and also serve as a redoubt to fight back attempts to use Turkey's parliamentary political system to empower Communist or populist forces. Later the term "Deep State" was applied by political commentators to analogous networks within America.
In Iran, political activists refer to the Deep State in the US as the "Great Satan," emphasizing the popular Muslim belief that the rise of American imperialism symbolizes the start of the End Times.
