Defend The Guard is model legislation demanding that State governments withhold their National Guards from sending their soldiers to America's congressionally undeclared and illegal war in Ukraine. It is promoted by Bring Our Troops Home[1] and other constitutionalists who oppose the War Machine.
It's similar to Force The Vote in that they're trying to get congresspeople on the record.
Zero U.S. states have passed this act.
