Defend The Guard is model legislation demanding that State governments withhold their National Guards from sending their soldiers to America's congressionally undeclared (and thus illegal) wars. It is promoted by Bring Our Troops Home[1] and other constitutionalists who oppose the War Machine.
It's similar to Force The Vote in that they're trying to get congresspeople on the record with regards to where they stand on questions of Perpetual War.
Zero U.S. states have passed this act.
Most of the congressional "left" has ignored this bill on the basis that it was introduced by a Republican. Dale Kobayashi in Hawaii has put it forward.
