The exact time period as to when the Deep State arised is unclear. Possible dates go as far back as around 1785 with the [[Dixieland counterrevolution]] to preserve the institution of [[slavery]]. More likely proposals include 1860-1865 (manifested as the [[Confederate States]]), 1944-1948, and 1956-1963. The consolidation of the Deep State occurred with the [[Deep State color revolution]] in 1963, made successful by the [[Assassination of John F. Kennedy]].
