Brana was harassed by Leftists after a [[#MeToo]] allegation, as well as other fractures, were directed at him. According to his account, the Party's affiliate contractors were corrupt and a faction of Party members were conspiring with them in order to coup Brana and other Party leadership and move the Party in a liberalized direction similar to that of the Democratic Party or [[Andrew Yang]]'s [[Forward Party]]. Brana subsequently expelled the leadership in support of this coup. He spoke with [[Jimmy Dore]], a longtime supporter of the People's Party, following these events. | |||
