PCR 2032 has the goal of reconstructing the Romanian Communist Party that has been banned by the Constitution adopted on 21 November 1991. This ban was imposed after an illegal coup led by Ion Iliescu, which overthrew the existing government and resulted in the dismantling of the Communist Party. Despite numerous attempts by various groups to revive the party in the past, none have been successful.
The movement is focused on restoring the Communist Party's presence among the masses. Its members are dedicated to reviving the core principles of Romanian communism.
PCR 2032's vision is built on a deep understanding of the history of communism in Romania, while acknowledging its achievements and shortcomings, as well as the challenges that lie ahead. The movement is keenly aware of the fact that it faces significant obstacles in its mission. The vicious propaganda of Romania's ruling class and financial elites will not be easily dismantled.
Despite these challenges, PCR 2032 is determined to succeed. The movement has already gained some following among younger Romanians who are disillusioned with the current political system and are looking for an alternative vision for the future. The party's current volunteers are working to build a strong and effective organization that can mobilize support and build momentum for the cause.
