JOE SIMS HAS LAUNCHED A PRO-ZIONIST CRACKDOWN ON COMMUNIST PARTY CLUBS AND MEMBERS

In the aftermath of Joe Sims' coup of the Communist Party USA during the recent 32nd National Convention, the party rank and file has begun to voice severe concerns over the Sims' cliques unprecedented seizure of power.

Never in the history of the party has an issue so contentious and divisive been so forcefully imposed on the party, without any room for dissent or discussion whatsoever. The Sims' clique made it clear that support for Genocide Joe Biden and the Democrats is an absolutely non-negotiable position, and one that not accountable to the legitimate organs of party power.

It is rather a line imposed and enforced by a shadowy and illegitimate clique, whose personal, financial and institutional ties compel it to circumvent all legitimate procedures of party authority.

It is as though Joe Sims' and his motley clique of liberal frauds are pretending to have arrived at a new synthesis of Marxism-Leninism, where Joe Biden and the Democratic party take their place as the Sixth head.

They believe that supporting the Democrats is a fundamental, non-negotiable principle of Marxism-Leninism itself, that is simply beyond debate.

But if it were not bad enough that pro-Zionist Resolution 5 can be passed without any democratic legitimation, Joe Sims' and his clique are, in yet another circumvention of the CPUSA's constitution, render all dissenting voices illegal.

As of this writing, dozens of individuals and clubs have been unconstitutionally and arbitrarily expelled and dissolved. For what crime, you might ask?

On Sunday, 6/16, California's Ventura Club formalized a petition calling for a Special National Convention, in keeping with Article VI, Section 4 of the CPUSA constitution, to reopen democratic discussion on Resolution 5.

In other words, to allow for discussion on whether or not the party should continue to support Democrats and Genocide Joe Biden - a discussion which the leadership unconstitutionally prevented at the National Convention. Here is an excerpt from the petition:

"We make these calls not in the spirit of antagonism but in the spirit of camaraderie and democracy, so that all members may be heard, and that our leaders can make a good decision on this issue of vital importance to our Party, the country, and the world.

With the ongoing genocide in Gaza at the hands of the fascistic Netanyahu government, with military, diplomatic, and financial support from the Biden administration, it is reasonable that many comrades disagree with the Party’s position on supporting the Democratic Party.

These comrades expected that such disagreements would be voiced in an open environment for a fully necessary amount of time at the National Convention, in the spirit of democratic centralism.  This was a reasonable expectation for comrades to have."

As of this writing, the petition has gained dozens of signatories from both clubs and members alike.

How did the leadership respond?

They began by falsely accusing the petition of being 'factionalist,' and thus in breach of the CPUSA's constitution.

They made this claim in reference to a "rule," which is nowhere to be found in the constitution, according to which clubs are not allowed to communicate or coordinate with each other.

This "rule" is an entirely made up, ad-hoc pretense whose power is based in the Sims' clique's illegal coup, rather than any legitimate organs of party authority. Next, they arbitrarily and unconstitutionally dissolved, without trial or process, the Connecticut Storrs Club for having signed on to the petition - as a blatant, fascistic act of intimidation to ward off any other clubs from signing.

These scoundrels then, in keeping with their overall low morals and character, blatantly lied and claimed members of the Storrs club "confessed" to having taken orders outside the party, and "resigned" by their own accord. They did this because they know that dissolving the club was completely unconstitutional.

On that same day, Joe sent an email to all National Committee members warning of the petition, and began to alert district officials who presided over the signatory clubs to take punitive action against them. This act alone violates Article II, Section 1, Article IV, Section 1, Article VII, Section 1 of CPUSA's own constitution.

District officials across the country (beginning with Southern California) began unconstitutionally "authorizing" clubs to REMOVE AND EXPEL any members circulating the petition.

And despite these sheer acts of intimidation and browbeating, the petition continued to gain traction, igniting enthusiasm, discussion and debate on a nation-wide scale throughout all the clubs of the party!

The CPUSA rank and file are weary of the Sims' clique's Democrat Dictatorship, weary of their lies and hypocrisy, weary of their blatant revision and effacement of the good name of the party.

The Communist Party is not a faction of the Democratic Party. It is a Communist Party. It has its own independent mission, to uphold and raise to the status of political supremacy the interests of the American working class.

Amidst the rising momentum calling for a restoration of constitutional order, all manner of wickedness, trickery, abuse of authority, and outright deception was employed by the Sims' clique and its institutionally embedded servants.

These, which have all been documented and recorded, will be given far greater detail later.

Party members across the nation generating discussion about the petition found themselves arbitrarily removed from party communications and expelled from clubs in mass numbers, awaiting 'trial.'

The Sims clique began to disseminate the ridiculous rumor, according to which an alliance of 'Maga Communists' and 'Maoists' conspired to disseminate the petition, with the goal of 'immobilizing' the party from doing 'important work.'

Just what work they are referring to remains beyond our comprehension. We have seen the 'results' of their work. They simply disgrace themselves.

You see, the Democrats do not even want the CPUSA's support. Kamala Harris herself even sent an email to CPUSA's leaders telling them to stop trying to associate themselves with her.

They have yielded zero results, even on their own terms. All they have done is disgrace and discredit themselves before history as so-called Communists.

Moreover, these accusations are not even worth responding to. Why? Because they were made without a shred of evidence. There is no proof for them. Therefore, they are illegitimate grounds to make the accusation of 'factionalism' or 'outside organizing.'

Joe Sims himself, hilariously, made the claim that a security guard at the National Convention personally witnessed a delegate "text message Haz," or me.

This is because he was shocked at how detailed and accurate my report was, and had to make up a story in his head about how I could have received that information.

If he is so curious, not only did I get my information from dozens of different delegates - several of the new members of the National Committee are themselves aligned with myself, Infrared and Midwestern Marx.

Of course, absolutely none of my supporters voice their actual views, or talk about 'MAGA Communism.' Thus, it should be assumed that anyone accused of being a 'secret MAGA Communist' is innocent, since no actual Infrared supporter would ever get caught disclosing such views (as I instructed them to keep silent on them).

There is nothing unconstitutional, factionalist or illegitimate about this petition.

The brave members of the CPUSA speaking out against the illegitimate and Zionist leadership have the full support and sympathy of the freedom loving peoples of the entire world, and all independent-minded, honorable Americans.

Note that the Party "leadership" is going to the extreme lengths that it is to contain this position all to ensure continued support for America's most unpopular president in history, Genocide Joe Biden.

In order to beat honest Communists into submission, and force them to sign off on the murder of over 30,000 civilians in Gaza.

Joe Sims may claim that he opposes "Israel's actions" all he wants. But Joe Biden, even to the shock of the international community, bears the greatest responsibility for the Zionist atrocities. He is arming them every minute of every day.

Every bomb that drops on Gaza is directly linked with the actions of the same criminal US regime Joe Sims insists the Communist Party disgrace itself into giving its express consent to.

All in the name of combatting the "MAGA fascist" threat. In fact, it is Joe Sims and his unaccountable clique that are behaving like fascists, browbeating the rank and file for the 'crime' of simply requesting permission more democratic discussion.

Imagine that! The petitioners are not even voicing their opinions on the matter. They are requesting the leadership allow more discussion on the matter.

And it is on THIS basis, that they are being silenced, defamed, maligned, and expelled in mass numbers! Not for speaking, but for creating a petition requesting permission to.
