The Squad

From InfraWiki
(Redirected from Fraud Squad)

The Squad, commonly known as the Fraud Squad, are an opportunist and pseudo-socialist group of U.S. congresspeople in the Democratic Party. Many of them signed onto the pledge by the Justice Democrats.

Many of them refused to back the popular calls to force the vote on Medicare for All.[1][2][3]

Their actions are that of bloodthirsty imperialists, they vote in favor of military budget increases and for funding to Nazis in Ukraine.[4]

They cowardly withdrew their signatures of an anti-war letter, succumbing to the pro-war agenda of the corrupt Democratic Party.[5][6]

The Squad has been increasingly subjected to public heckling and confrontation by ex-supporters.[7]

Criticism[edit | edit source]

While the right-wing media endlessly hounds The Squad for nominally supporting progressive policies, left-wing criticisms of them also exist. Here are some examples of various criticisms that have been waged.[8]

Criticism of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez[edit | edit source]

  • AOC Lines Up with Pelosi, Bolton and Trump in Support of Coup Attempt in Venezuela[9]
  • AOC praises corrupt oligarch billionaire Nancy Pelosi[10]
  • AOC votes "present" on the Israel funding vote and cannot sufficiently defend her vote.[11]
  • In 2021, AOC transferred $160k of her own campaign funds to right-wing "CIA Democrats"[12]
  • Did not support force the vote to demand Medicare for All[13]

Criticism of Ilhan Omar[edit | edit source]

  • Ilhan Omar supporting $62B bill that includes unconditional support for Israel[14]

Criticism of Jamaal Bowman[edit | edit source]

  • Jamaal Bowman praised imperialist war criminal Colin Powell upon his death.[15]

Support for Ukrainian Nazis[edit | edit source]

The Squad (with the exception of Cori Bush) voted in favor of sending billions of dollars to Ukrainian Nazis during the 2022 Russo-Ukrainian conflict.[16][17][18]
