Harley Pasternak is a Canadian "personal trainer" whose clients include high-profile Hollywood celebrities.[1] His background is with the Canadian military's psychological warfare operations where he researched mind-altering drugs.
It is very likely that he acts as a "handler" for celebrities.[2][3]
In late 2016, Kanye West, a client of Pasternak's, was hospitalized and handcuffed following a "psychotic breakdown" at Pasternak's home.[4][5]
