The United States Agency for International Development, commonly known as USAID, is a clandestine operation conducted by the CIA through the funding of NGOs, opposition groups, and other targeted benefactors. Using this funding, these groups promote and carry out color revolutions to defeat nations which oppose US unipolarity.

Some of the money reaches real programs but it's a very small percentage.

The USAID regularly partners with the NED to covertly conduct CIA operations, according to NED founder Alan Weinstein's assessment of NED's activity.[1]

Notable operations, programs, and related activities

The Syrian White Helmets received funding from USAID to oppose Bashar al-Assad's government. This resulted in false news stories[2], crime scene contamination, at least one chemical attack coverup[3][4], and propaganda pieces favoring Syrian al-Quaeda and al-Nusra among the other "moderate rebels."[5]

In Venezuela, USAID funded an attempted coup spearheaded by LARPer Juan Guaido to the tune of $98 million USD in a single year.[6][7]

To destabilize Russia through propaganda, in 2020 alone USAID gave "free media" $598 million to bias their reporting anti-Russian and pro-American.[8] This was the prextext for the Russo-Ukrainian War, which Euromaidan in order to take Russia's oil and gas hegemony over Europe, as well as Ukraine's vast grain and fertile land. USAID's aid money to Ukraine in June of 2023 totalled nearly $22 billion – half it's annual budget – without including the $4.5 billion in Ukrainian debt to the World Bank the agency paid off in 2023. This is more money than the US itself explicitly sent to the World Bank for the entire duration of 2008 to 2021, combined. The agency funded several other programs in Ukraine to produce propaganda or otherwise promote the Ukrainian regime.[9]

In Afghanistan USAID financed heroin production. The US Institute of Peace uses some $56 million per year to provide equipment for poppy cultivation, and reported negatively on the Taliban's opium ban.[10]

USAID funded gain-of-function biolab research through EcoHealth Alliance and with authorization from Fauci's NIAID with $53 million from 2004-2022. HHS and the DOD also contributed $15 million and $42 million to the program respectively.[11] This was how the Wuhan research lab in China was funded and why the lab was authorized worked on gain-of-function research on novel coronaviruses which led to the COVID-19 pandemic.

USAID regularly approaches opposition in nations they see as foreign adversaries and enemies of the state to produce propaganda or otherwise stage color revolution attempts.[12]

Otherwise, USAID regularly uses millions of dollars to fund initiatives which produce nothing more than corporate propaganda drivel and censorship. The agency funded fact-checkers, targeted people who held dissident or heterodox positions, recommending they be defunded or otherwise suppressed by other agencies and partner corporations of USAID, and pamphlets in which they recommend their partners and their employees refuse to give information to the press other recipients to protect the program and it's funding.[13]
