Since at least 2014 the CIA funneled money and weapons to ISIS, Al Qaeda, and Al Nusra to destabilize Syria and steal their oil and other natural resources.
On a related note, Israeli generals and journalists have confirmed that Israel armed these same "rebels" with Mossad funding.
