Haz Al-Din, usually referred to shorthand as Haz, is the most prominent voice of the Infrared Collective.

He is a supporter of journalist and comedian Jimmy Dore.[1] In 2022, his Twitch stream was banned.[2] In Janurary of 2023, his YouTube channel was suspended for a week, so Infrared streams moved to Rumble.

In October of 2022, Haz spoke at the Schiller Institute's event, Build the New Paradigm, Defeat Green Fascism in NYC.[3]

Political journey

Currently Haz a Muslim Marxist-Leninist. On Wed Jan 18th's YouTube stream, he explained his political journey. Despite growing up in a Muslim household, Haz rejected his faith at an early age and became an atheist, at which point he began researching philosophy, seeking a higher truth which was empty in atheism. Through his studies he went through various different left-wing deviations and read many different thinkers, and ended up returning to Marxism-Leninism, codified by Stalin and put into practice by Stalin, Mao and the Black Panthers. Finally, Haz came back to Abrahamic faiths, particularly Islam, by realizing that the "oneness" of monotheism is actually given full expression in communism.
