MAGA Communism is a movement sparked by Infrared which claims that the revolutionary agent within America will be what are currently MAGA Trump supporters, but can be won over to the ideas of socialism, Marxism-Leninism specifically.[1] It contrasts itself to the so-called "communism" of the Synthetic Left, which dominates leftist spaces in the West.

It began as a meme with a corresponding hashtag, #MAGACommunism in order to replace the previous Infrared aesthetic of Patriotic Socialism. It has since grown into a meaningful movement.[2] This form of meme warfare can be considered a real-life example of a hyperstition.

Professor Richard Wolff of Democracy at Work has taken a stance against MAGA Communism.[3] In the spirit of Marxist polemic and the dialectical process, the Infrared Community has been urging Wolff to debate Haz on the subject.
