Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe which is being used by NATO as a forward operating base for anti-Russian activities.

In 2014, the United States led a coup against the government of Ukraine and installed a pro-Western government on the border of Russia, which led to the secession of the eastern regions of Donbass into the Lugansk People's Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic.
