Russia, officially the Russian Federation, is a transcontinental country in Europe and Asia. The government of the Russian Federation, headed by Vladimir Putin and in close alliance with China, is helping to lead the global shift to multipolarity.

NATO's prominent think tank, the Atlantic Council, has accused Putin and Russia of being "Fascist."[1]
