Out of the movement, to the masses is a slogan promoted by Caleb Maupin of CPI which intended to convey that activists needed to get out of the "protest cage" and instead start reaching average everyday people.

On Mon Jan 9th, 2023, Caleb offered a clarification of the slogan, arguing that "the movement" no longer exists in the United States due to atomization of U.S. society.

Furthermore, Caleb furthermore argues that he's not trying to build a movement, but rather a "construction" to fight against the ongoing destruction of war and austerity.[1]
