National Communism is an Third Position ideology that tries to mix marxist economics with right-nationalism. People often confuse National Communism with Socialist patriotism or with left-nationalism that communists only used for national liberation. Communists like Ho Chi Minh got accused for being a NatCom, even he was a socialist patriot. Some argue that example's of National Communism were states like the: Socialist Republic of Romania (1947 - 1989), the Hungarian People's Republic from 1956 until 1990, the Polish People's Republic from 1956 until 1970 and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic from 1968 until 1990.
