Khrushchev Lied is a historical analysis and deep-dive published originally in 2007 by Professor Grover Furr that examines the veracity and historicity of claims made by Nikita Khrushchev in his infamous Secret Speech to the 20th Party Congress of the Soviet Union on February 20th, 1956. The first section examines each of the sixty-one discretized assertions or so-called "revelations" made by Khrushchev in light of documentary evidence, primary sources, and some secondary sources. The second section is devoted to methodological questions and typology of identified falsehoods. In German "''Lied''" means "Song", the book name taking on an ironic tone as Khrushchev's ''song''.
