== History == The American Communist Party's Plenary Committee (along with 29 former CPUSA clubs) signed it's Party Declaration in Chicago, Illinois on July 21st, 2024. Hundreds applied for membership even before Chairman Haz gave the first public address. In his first address as Executive Chairman, Haz Al-Din explained the creation of the Party in relation to the CPUSA's disastrous 32nd Convention. He further conveyed that the establishment of the American Communist Party was the *re-establishment* of an authentic Communist tradition in America, upholding the line of the CPUSA under [[William Z. Foster]]'s leadership. On July 23rd, 2024, the ACP publically refuted claims made by the CPUSA which stated that the liquidated CPUSA clubs and membership did not endorse or join ACP, and in fact had nothing to do with it. As the ACP stated and provided damning evidence for, CPUSA leadership directly commanded the individuals controlling the club accounts to issue the same statement word-for-word denying the split and subsequent reconstitution of clubs under the ACP. The ACP has publically issued statements recognizing [[Palestine]] and rejecting the establishment of the state of Israel. It has publically rejected Zionism and [[NATO]] imperialism, while promoting free speech and other Constitutional protections. On July 27th, 2024, the ACP endorsed Nicolas Maduro in the 2024 Venezuelan election, congratulating him on July 29th. The first 8 official chapters of the American Communist Party (British Columbia, California, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Ontario, New York, Washington) were founded on August 1st, 2024. Five more (Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, New Mexico, Missouri) were founded on August 12th. From mid-August to September 2024, thirteen more chapters were founded in Connecticut, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Oregon, Massachusetts, Arizona, Quebec, Ohio, Georgia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. These clubs are all officially verified using blockchain keys on social media, and the ACP officially states all unverified club accounts are fake. Each member of the Party is similarly verified. From the founding of the Party to September 2024, chapters were engaged in building rapport locally and community service. They cleaned public parks, sidewalks, rivers, beaches; distributed clothing, food, and other basic necessities to homeless and disabled Americans; and gifted free libraries and services to local residents. Each chapter continues such actions regularly while studying texts foundational to the Party line. Following the devastation brought about by Hurricane Helene in October 2024, members of ACP's North Carolina chapter (as well as others) mobilized, raising thousands for and sending supplies to those affected. For this, ACP North Carolina received the Touched By An Angel Award from Helping Hand Mission, "in recognition [of their] continued commitment in being a vital link in the fight against homelessness and poverty. Because of [their] support many families throughout the Carolinas and abroad are fed, warm, and safe." The ACP has forged bilateral relationships with Communists internationally, including the Communist Party of Georgia, [[KPRF]], Leninists Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the DPRK International Solidarity Group, and other American, British, Chinese, Russian, and Venezuelan organizations. On August 18th 2024, the ACP signed the Paris Declaration of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform.
