Nick attended the [[January 6 protest]] along with many of his fans, and was filmed yelling through his loudspeaker "Keep moving towards the Capitol, it appears we are taking the Capitol back from the police right now. Keep marching and don't relent. Never relent! Break down the barriers and disregard the police. This Capitol belongs to us now!"
