NAFO, or the North Atlantic Fella Organization, is a group active on Twitter dedicated to fundraising for and disseminating propaganda from the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion in Ukraine. Kamil Dyszewski, an anti-semitic Pole<ref>https://twitter.com/johnstanly/status/1581310395134136321?lang=en</ref>, claimed responsibility for starting NAFO<ref>https://www.kyivpost.com/post/204</ref>. The loosely affiliated group of trolls carries water for NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. NAFO are notorious for swarming Twitter posts of individuals who post in support of Russia's special military operation or information critical of the Ukrainian government and military. NAFO refers to individuals posting in support of the special military operation as "Vatniks." NAFO profiles can be identified with a profile picture featuring a Shiba Inu dog, or the doge meme, edited into some military context or the #NAFO hashtag. Shiba dogs will probably never recover from this negative association. Over 60% of NAFO profiles have their Twitter location set as Langley, VA, leading some to conclude that the CIA is directly involved in supporting NAFO's activities. <ref>https://twitter.com/mateo_tao/status/1645193191958691843?s=20</ref> == Notable NAFOs == # [https://twitter.com/P_Kallioniemi Pekka Kallioniemi] # [https://twitter.com/DylanBurns1776 Dylan Burns] # [https://twitter.com/Kama_Kamilia Kamil Dyszewski]
